HOME GROWN TERROR

Half-cocked
hiding behind a shirt
hollering, “US MILITARY”
brandishing a shotgun
at poetry

The point-blank verse
must have struck a weak spot
in his Kevlar chest

Behind lines of social media
the self-promoted patriot
continues to take potshots at free speech

Aiming 50 caliber rounds
of old fashioned white bred bigotry
at uniform diversity

If terrorism has a face
he’s its profile:

Home grown
NRA armed
product of false profits
precision guided propaganda
water boarded Christianity

A small mind
remote controlled
by big money
dug in deep
under the camouflaged Net

And thank you Donald Trump for forcing the false patriots to come out from under the camouflaged Net and thus reveal the stank brew they’ve been drinking.

Trump didn’t “force” these false fellas to show themselves. Trump merely provided the attraction that lured them out. Like the reverse of roaches scurrying from the light, these human insects are drawn to darkness.
Thugs like these Trump supporters are involved in every extremist group or organization.

And thank you so much for the astounding poetic imagery!

Not the reverse of roaches if human insects are going for darkness too.

San Diego Free Press Has Suspended Publication as of Dec. 14, 2018
