At the San Diego Free Press we believe in a specific code of ethics and honesty and know that you, our readers, expect nothing less. We failed to provide that with the publication of the article Dissin’ Hizzoner – Are We in for a Decade of Republicanism Delivered by Democrats in Name Only?

The article, published on Monday, July 15, incorrectly stated that Lori Saldaña had called for Mayor Bob Filner’s resignation, when in fact she has been an outspoken supporter of due process on this particular issue. The article also incorrectly stated that Channel 10 News was owned and operated by Clear Channel.
