AFTERMATH
for all the victims of the War on Terror
While the world
paints itself into corners
flowers of evil bloom:
Borders close
troops are called in
security tightens its grip on the free
liberty, abandoned for barricades
The complicit wash their hands
in mass hysteria
tears poured into champagne
by merchants of death
heads continue rolling
The Reign of Terror
is a political coup
one winter wasn’t enough
ask yourself, “Pourquoi?”
Why has the Arab Spring
been lit up
into four seasons in hell?
