    I’m always ready to read these posts by Eric Garcia. Then turned by the sheer brevity of the graphics. I feel like I “get it” usually. There’s something here in this piece that went slower and deeper when it hit me. I’m still trying to process this immigration thing by all its means. This piece just downright hurts.
    Confusing times to be both true to one’s heritage and showing duty to the dream country. There’s shame out there folks. It’s only a democracy if it’s actually functioning like one.
